UNCTAD should continue its global analysis on FDI and its analytical work on the impact of FDI on development to identify productive, beneficial and effective FDI, in order to help developing countries and countries with economies in transition better understand how FDI can contribute to growth and development.

It agrees that UNCTAD can contribute to the examination of such interface issues as well as assisting developing countries and countries with economies in transition in enhancing their negotiating capacities to deal with trade agreements.
وتقر اللجنة بأنه بوسع الأونكتاد أن يساهم في دراسة القضايا المتصلة بهذه العلاقة إلى جانب مساعدة البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية على تحسين قدراتها التفاوضية للتعامل مع اتفاقات التجارة.

Objective: To enhance the capacity of developing countries and countries with economies in transition to improve their competitiveness in international trade by building an efficient trade-supporting services infrastructure, including through the use of information technologies.
الهدف: تعزيز قدرة البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية على تحسين قدرتها على المنافسة على صعيد التجارة الدولية عن طريق إقامة هياكل أساسية فعالة لخدمات دعم التجارة، ولا سيما من خلال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
