The Center had participated in civil society conferences organized by the Committee and recommended that future conferences should focus on analysing the root causes of the conflict, on drawing attention to the coexistence of the right to self-determination and the right of return of the Palestinian people and on finding creative ways of ensuring the enforcement of international law.
