63. The CHAIRMAN invited the delegation of the Russian Federation to respond to the questions in section III of the list of issues, which read:
٣٦- الرئيس، دعا وفد الاتحاد الروسي إلى اﻹجابة على اﻷسئلة الواردة في الفرع الثالث من قائمة القضايا، وفيما يلي نصها:

1. The CHAIRMAN invited the Sri Lankan delegation to conclude its replies to the questions contained in section III of the list of issues.
١- الرئيس دعا وفد سري لانكا إلى استكمال ردوده على اﻷسئلة الواردة في الفرع الثالث من قائمة المسائل.

The CHAIRMAN invited the delegation of Morocco to reply to additional questions raised by Committee members on section III of the list of issues to be taken up in connection with the consideration of the third periodic report of Morocco.
١- الرئيس: دعا الوفد المغربي إلى الرد على اﻷسئلة اﻹضافية التي سألها أعضاء اللجنة شفوياً عن الفرع الثالث من قائمة البنود الواجب تناولها بمناسبة النظر في تقرير المغرب الدوري الثالث.

Turning to section III of the list of issues, he said that the Deportation Act and the Immigration Act governed the expulsion of aliens, and an appeal did indeed have a suspensive effect.
٢٩ - وانتقل إلى الفرع الثالث من قائمة المسائل فقال إن قانون اﻹبعاد وقانون الهجرة ينظمان طرد اﻷجانب، وأن للاستئناف بالفعل أثرا تعليقيا.

Turning to section III of the list of issues, he confirmed, with regard to the right of asylum and refugee status, that the bill amending Act No. 5/1984 of 26 March 1984 had been passed.
٤٥ - وتطرق إلى الجزء الثالث من قائمة المسائل، فأكد، فيما يتصل بحق اللجوء ومركز اللاجئ، أن مشروع القانون المعدل للقانون رقم ٥/١٩٨٤ المؤرخ ٢٦ آذار/مارس ١٩٨٤ قد اعتمد.

23. The CHAIRMAN invited members of the Committee who so wished to put additional questions in the light of the replies by the delegation of Sri Lanka to section III of the list of issues.
٣٢- الرئيس دعا أعضاء اللجنة الذين يرغبون في طرح أسئلة إضافية إلى أن يقوموا بذلك على ضوء ردود وفد سري لانكا على الفرع الثالث من قائمة المسائل.

101. The Southern Sudan is still devoid of much needed statistical and other information in relation to the areas mentioned in part III of the list of issues of the Committee on the Rights of the Child.

With regard to section III of the list of issues and article 2 of the Argentine Constitution, she inquired whether the Roman Catholic Church was an integral part of any State institutions, and if so, what implications such involvement had for the equality provisions made explicit in article 18 of the Covenant.
٥ - واستفسرت، فيما يتعلق بالقسم الثالث من قائمة المسائل والمادة ٢ من دستور اﻷرجنتين، عما إذا كانت الكنيســة الكاثوليكية التابعة لروما جزءا لا يتجزأ من أية مؤسسات حكومية، وإذا كان الحال كذلك، ما هي اﻵثار المترتبة على ذلك بالنسبة ﻷحكام المساواة المنصوص عليها في المادة ١٨ من العهد.

The Government of the Russian Federation has indicated that, in its territory, the psychotropic substance gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) is included in Schedule III of the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors subject to control in the Russian Federation.
22- وأشارت حكومة الاتحاد الروسي إلى أنَّ المؤثِّر العقلي حمض غاما-هيدروكسي الزبد مُدرَج لديها في الجدول الثالث من قائمة العقاقير المخدِّرة والمؤثِّرات العقلية وسلائفها، ويخضع للمراقبة في الاتحاد الروسي.
