In addition, there remain four unfilled vacancies on the Commission as follows: two from Asian States and two from Latin American and Caribbean States, all for a term beginning at the first meeting of the Commission's forty-fifth session (held in 2011) and expiring at the close of the Commission's forty-eighth session, in 2015 (see Council decision 2010/201 B).
