Resolution 22/3 Renewed efforts to ensure the effective implementation of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Protocols thereto on the tenth anniversary of the entry into force of the Convention
القرار 22/3 تجديد الجهود من أجل ضمان التنفيذ الفعال لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية وبروتوكولاتها في الذكرى العاشرة لبدء نفاذ الاتفاقية

In its resolution 67/189, the General Assembly reaffirmed that the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Protocols thereto represent the most important tools of the international community to fight transnational organized crime.
2- أعادت الجمعية العامة التأكيد في قرارها 67/189 على أن اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية وبروتوكولاتها تمثل أهم الأدوات التي يستعين بها المجتمع الدولي في مكافحة هذا النوع من الجرائم.

The present report also provides information on the implementation of Commission resolution 22/3, entitled " Renewed efforts to ensure the effective implementation of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Protocols thereto on the tenth anniversary of the entry into force of the Convention " .
كما يتضمَّن هذا التقرير أيضاً معلومات عن تنفيذ قرار اللجنة 22/3، المعنون " تجديد الجهود من أجل ضمان التنفيذ الفعَّال لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية وبروتوكولاتها في الذكرى العاشرة لبدء نفاذ الاتفاقية " .

Discussions under agenda item 5 (a) addressed, inter alia, the importance of universal ratification and implementation of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Protocols thereto; the use of the Convention as a basis for international judicial cooperation; and continuing support for the adoption of a review mechanism.
49- تناولت المناقشات في إطار البند 5 (أ) من جدول الأعمال مسائل منها أهمية تصديق كل دول العالم على اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية وبروتوكولاتها وتنفيذها إياها؛ واستخدام الاتفاقية أساساً للتعاون القضائي الدولي؛ واستمرار الدعم من أجل اعتماد آلية لاستعراض التنفيذ.
