One new dimension of this work will be follow-up to the humanitarian reviews undertaken by UNFICYP in 1995 and monitoring of the implementation of their recommendations for improvement of the living conditions of Greek Cypriots and Maronites living in the northern part of the island and of Turkish Cypriots living in the southern part (para. 4).
وسيكون أحد اﻷبعاد الجديدة لهذا العمل متابعة استعراض الحالة اﻹنسانية الذي اضطلعت به القوة في عام ١٩٩٥ ورصد تنفيذ توصياتها من أجل تحسين الظروف المعيشية للقبارصة اليونانيين والمارونيين الذين يعيشون في الجزء الشمالي في الجزيرة والقبارصة اﻷتراك الذين يعيشون في الجزء الجنوبي منها )الفقرة ٤(.

From November 2009 to November 2010, the mission facilitated 22 religious and commemorative events, of which 16 involved crossing the buffer zone to the northern part of the island, two involved crossing the buffer zone to the southern part and four were held in the buffer zone.
فمن تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2009 إلى تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2010، سهّلت قوة الأمم المتحدة تنظيم 22 احتفالاً دينياً وتذكارياً، منها 16 احتفالاً تم فيها عبور المنطقة العازلة إلى الجزء الشمالي من الجزيرة واحتفالان تم فيهما عبور المنطقة العازلة إلى الجزء الجنوبي منها بينما تم الاحتفال بأربع مناسبات داخل المنطقة العازلة.
