وبحكم القانون يتوقف عمل الجمعية أو المؤسسة إذا وجد أن أهدافها وبرامجها ترمي إلى ممارسة العنف لأغراض التدمير والتحريض على الكراهية العرقية أو الدينية أو الوطنية وإذا كان هدفها التنظيمي هو تحقيق الربح.
