The Advisory Committee recommends that the Secretariat study the process with respect to memoranda of understanding on arrangements for contingent-owned equipment, identify the elements that often account for delays and submit the results to the General Assembly through the Committee.

36. The Committee expressed appreciation for the continuous interaction between the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management and the capital master plan project. It intended to keep the matter under constant review and to request the Secretary-General to report periodically thereon to the General Assembly through the Committee.
36 - وأعربت اللجنة عن التقدير للتفاعل المستمر بين إدارة شؤون الجمعية العامة والمؤتمرات ومشروع المخطط العام، وعن عزمها لأن تُبقي المسألة قيد الاستعراض المستمر، وأن تطلب إلى الأمين العام تقديم تقارير دورية عنها إلى الجمعية العامة عن طريق اللجنة.
