If approved by the General Assembly, a more detailed report, covering necessary changes in Staff Rules, financial implications and other implementation measures will be submitted to the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session in early 1995.
فإذا وافقت عليها الجمعية العامة، فسيقدم الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة في أوائل عام ١٩٩٥ تقرير أوفى يشمل التغييرات اللازمة في النظام اﻹداري للموظفين واﻵثار المالية وغير ذلك من اﻹجراءات التنفيذية.

45. The actions to be taken by the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session in connection with the financing of UNOMIL are as follows:
٤٥ - اﻹجراءات التي يجب أن تتخذها الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة فيما يتصل بتمويل بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في ليبريا هي كما يلي:

On the proposal of the Chairman, the Committee decided without a vote, to take note of the report of the High Level Open-ended Working Group of the General Assembly on the Financial Situation of the United Nations and to transmit it to the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session, for action.
وبناء على اقتراح الرئيس، قررت اللجنة بدون تصويت، اﻹحاطة علما بتقرير الفريق العامل الرفيع المستوى المفتوح العضوية التابع للجمعية العامة المعني بالحالة المالية لﻷمم المتحدة وإحالته إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة لاتخاذ إجراء.

In response to that request, the Secretary-General submitted two reports (A/C.5/49/63 and A/C.5/49/64, both of 31 May 1995) to the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session.
واستجابة لذلك الطلب، قدم اﻷمين العام تقريرين A/C.5/49/63) و A/C.5/49/64 مؤرخان كلاهما ٣١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٥( الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة.

Accordingly, it is the view of the Advisory Committee that a budget for MINURSO for the period from 1 December 1994 to 30 June 1995 should be presented to the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session in March 1995.
وبناء عليه، ترى اللجنة الاستشارية أن ميزانية بعثة الاستفتاء للفترة من ١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤ الى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٥ ينبغي أن تعرض على الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة في آذار/مارس ١٩٩٥.

3. ٣ - وفي الجلسة ذاتها، وبناء على اقتراح من الرئيس، أحاطت اللجنة علما، دون اعتراض، بتقرير الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية التابع للجمعية العامة المعني بالحالة المالية لﻷمم المتحدة وقررت احالته إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة لاتخاذ إجراء بشأنه.

The Advisory Committee will revert to the additional requests of the Secretary-General, referred to in paragraphs 9 and 10 above, early in its February 1995 session, with a view to making recommendations to the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session.
وستعود اللجنة الاستشارية الى الطلبات اﻹضافية لﻷمين العام، المشار اليها في الفقرتين ٩ و ١٠ أعلاه، في أوائل الدورة التي ستعقدها في شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٥ بهدف تقديم توصيات الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة.

1. The General Assembly, in section I of its resolution 49/233 of 23 December 1994 decided, inter alia, that the financial period for each peace-keeping operation would be from 1 July to 30 June, and requested the Secretary-General to submit the necessary draft amendments to the Financial Regulations for approval by the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session.
١ - قررت الجمعية العامة في سياق الفرع اﻷول من قرارها ٤٩/٢٣٣ المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، أن تكون الفترة المالية لكل عملية من عمليات حفظ السلام من ١ تموز/يوليه إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه، وطلبت إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم مشاريع التعديلات اللازمة للنظام المالي لكي توافق عليها الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة.
