In this connection, the Committee noted that the Conference recommended the establishment of a high-level Commission on Sustainable Development and that specific organizational modalities for the work of the Commission should be decided by the General Assembly at its forty-seventh session.

At the subsequent request of the General Assembly, the Secretary-General presented a further interim report to the Commission on Human Rights at its forty-eighth session and a final report to the General Assembly at its forty-seventh session.
وبناء على الطلب اللاحق من الجمعية العامة، قدم اﻷمين العام كذلك تقريرا مؤقتا الى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين وتقريرا ختاميا الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين.

I should like also to express to your predecessor, Mr. Stoyan Ganev, our gratitude for the dedication with which he conducted the work of the General Assembly at its forty-seventh session.

22. The Secretary-General made proposals on measures to address the financial problems of the Organization to the General Assembly at its forty-sixth session.
٢٢ - وقدم اﻷمين العام إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين مقترحات بشأن التدابير الواجب اتخاذها لحل المشاكل المالية للمنظمة.

The Committee also noted that the General Assembly had not yet taken a decision on the nature of financing of the International Tribunal, and had therefore requested the Secretary-General to submit a report on the requirements of the Tribunal to the General Assembly at its forty-eighth session, based on such decisions as the Assembly might take at its resumed forty-seventh session on the nature of the financing of the Tribunal.
ولاحظت اللجنة الاستشارية أيضا أن الجمعية العامة لم تقرر بعد طبيعة تمويل المحكمة الدولية، ولذلك طلبت الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين تقريرا عن احتياجات المحكمة على أساس ما قد تقرره الجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة بشأن طبيعة تمويل المحكمة.
