The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia deems it necessary to state the following to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijani Republic.
تعتبر وزارة الخارجية في جمهورية أرمينيا أن من الضروري إبلاغ وزارة خارجية الجمهورية اﻷذربيجانية بما يلي:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijani Republic once again condemns this act of terrorism and places full responsibility for it on the Republic of Armenia.
