وكما ذُكر في رسائل سابقة، فإنه ينبغي إدراج الانتهاكات المتواصلة لقواعد الملاحة الجوية الدولية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص من قِبل تركيا في تقرير الأمين العام عن عملية الأمم المتحدة في قبرص.

On 13 January 2009, one CN-235 Turkish military aircraft violated the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus.

On 5 February 2009, one Cougar Turkish military aircraft violated the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus.

On 13 October 2005, two F-16 and two RF-4 Turkish military aircraft flying in one formation violated three times the international air traffic regulations and once the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus.

On 21 October 2003, four F-4 and two CN-235 Turkish military aircraft, coming from the FIR of Ankara in two formations, entered the Nicosia FIR, violating the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, as follows:

On 23 October 2003, one CN-235 Turkish military aircraft took off from the illegal airport of Lefkoniko, violating the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus and flew over the occupied areas of Kyrenia and Mesaoria before landing at the same airport.
وفي 23 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003 قامت طائرة حربية تركية واحدة من طراز CN-235 بالإقلاع من مطار ليفكونـيكو غير الشرعـي، منتهكـة أنظمـة الحركة الجوية الدولية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، وحلـِّـقت فوق منطقتـي كيرينيا وميساوريا المحتلتـين، قبل هبوطهما في المطار نفسـه.

On 24 October 2003, 10 F-4 in three formations, two CN-235 and two C-16 Turkish military aircraft entered the Nicosia FIR, violating the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, as follows:

On 15 November 2003, eight NF-5 Turkish military aircraft in two formations took off from the illegal airport of Tymbou, violating the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus and overflew the occupied areas of Kyrenia and Mesaoria before landing at the same airport.
وفي 15 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2003، قام تشكيلان من ثمانـي طائرات حربية تركية من طراز NF-5 بالإقلاع من مطار تيمبـو غير الشرعـي، منتهكتـين أنظمة الحركة الجوية الدولية والمجال الجوي الوطنـي لجمهورية قبـرص، وحلقـا فوق منطقتـي كيرينيا وميساوريا المحتلتيـن، قبل هبوطهما في المطار نفسـه.

On 17 November 2003, 10 NF-5 Turkish military aircraft in two formations, two C-130 and one aircraft of unknown type flew in the FIR of Nicosia, violating the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, as follows:
وفي 17 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2003، قامت عشـر طائرات حربية تركية من طراز NF-5، في تشكيلين، وطائرتان من طراز C-130، وطائرة واحدة مجهولـة الطراز، بالتحليق فوق منطقة نيقوسيا للمعلومات عن الطيران، منتهكة أنظمة الحركة الجوية الدولية والمجال الجوي الوطنـي لجمهورية قبـرص، وذلك على النحو التالي:

On 18 and 19 July 2003, one (1) C-130 and one (1) BE-20 Turkish military aircraft respectively, entered the Nicosia FIR, violating the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus over the occupied area of Mesaoria.

On 7 August 2003, one (1) Cugar Turkish military aircraft entered the FIR of Nicosia, violating the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus flying over the area of Mesaoria, before landing at the illegal airport of Lefkoniko in the occupied area of the Republic of Cyprus, where it remained.
وفي يوم 7 آب/أغسطس 2003، دخلت طائرة حربية تركية واحدة (1)، من طراز شوجار، إقليم معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا، منتهكة أنظمة الحركة الجوية الدولية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، محلقة فوق منطقة ميساوريا، قبل هبوطها في مطار ليفكونيكو غير القانوني في المنطقة المحتلة من جمهورية قبرص، وقد ظلت هناك.

On 16 August 2003, two (2) B-200 Turkish military aircraft entered the FIR of Nicosia, violating the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus flying over the area of Mesaoria, before landing at the illegal airport of Lefkoniko in the occupied area of the Republic of Cyprus.
وفي يوم 16 آب/أغسطس 2003، دخلت طائرتان حربيتان تركيتان (2)، من طراز بي - 200، إقليم معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا، منتهكة أنظمة الحركة الجوية الدولية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، محلقة فوق منطقة ميساوريا، قبل هبوطها في مطار ليفكونيكو غير القانوني، في المنطقة المحتلة من جمهورية قبرص.

On 27 October 2003, one COUGAR Turkish military aircraft coming from the FIR of Ankara entered the FIR of Nicosia, violating the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, and flew over the occupied area of Mesaoria before landing first at the illegal airport of Lefkoniko and then at the illegal airport of Krini.
وفي 27 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003، قامت طائرة حربية تركية من طراز كوغـار، قادمـة من منطقة أنقـرة للمعلومات عن الطيران، بدخول منطقة نيقوسيا للمعلومات عن الطيران، منتهكـة أنظمـة الحركة الجوية الدولية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبـرص، وحلقت فوق منطقة ميساوريا المحتلة، قبل هبوطها أولا في مطار ليفكونـيكو غير الشرعـي ثم في مطار كرينـي غير الشرعـي.
