2. At the second and subsequent ordinary meetings of the Conference of the Parties, a President and nine Vice-Presidents, one of whom shall act as Rapporteur, shall be elected from among the representatives of the Parties present at the meeting.
2 - في الاجتماع العادي الثاني والاجتماعات العادية اللاحقة لمؤتمر الأطراف، يُنتخب من بين ممثلي الأطراف الحاضرة في الاجتماع الرئيس وتسعة نواب للرئيس يعمل أحدهم كمقرر.

9. (i) " Parties present and voting " means Parties present at the meeting in which voting takes place and casting an affirmative or negative vote.
(ط) " الأطراف الحاضرة المصوتة " تعني الأطراف الحاضرة في الاجتماع الذي يجري فيه تصويت وتُدلي بصوت إيجابي أو سلبي.

Non-governmental observers at the Conference of the Parties may, upon invitation of the President, participate without the right to vote in the proceedings of any meeting in matters of direct concern to the body or agency they represent unless at least one third of the Parties present at the meeting object.
ويجوز لهؤلاء المراقبين، بناء على دعوة من الرئيس، الاشتراك دون أن يكون لهم حق التصويت، في أعمال أي اجتماع، بصدد المسائل التي تهم الهيئة أو الوكالة التي يمثلونها بصورة مباشرة، ما لم يعترض على ذلك الثلث على اﻷقل من اﻷطراف الحاضرة في الاجتماع.
