At the 16th meeting, on 13 August 1998, Ms. Halima Embarek Warzazi, Special Rapporteur on traditional practices affecting the health of women and children, introduced her second report on the situation regarding the elimination of traditional practices affecting the health of women and the girl child (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1998/11).

13. Requests the Special Rapporteur to submit to the Sub-Commission, at its next session, her follow—up report on the situation regarding the elimination of traditional practices affecting the health of women and the girl child, in the framework of the Plan of Action.

21. At its 2001 session the Sub-Commission received a fifth report (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2001/27) on the situation regarding the elimination of traditional practices affecting the health of women and the girl child, submitted by Halima Embarek Warzazi (member from Morocco).
21- وتلقت اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها في عام 2001 تقريرا خامسا (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2001/27) بشأن تطور الحالة فيما يتعلق بالقضاء على الممارسات التقليدية التي تؤثر في صحة المرأة والطفلة، قدمته حليمة مبارك ورزازي (عضو من المغرب).

24. In its resolution 2005/28, the Sub-Commission welcomed the ninth and final report of the Special Rapporteur on the situation regarding the elimination of traditional practices affecting the health of women and the girl child, which dedicates a section to the issue of harmful marriage practices.
24- ورحبت اللجنة الفرعية في قرارها 2005/28 بالتقرير التاسع والنهائي للمقررة الخاصة عن تطور الحالة فيما يتعلق بالقضاء على الممارسات التقليدية التي تؤثر على صحة المرأة والطفلة، والذي خُصص فيه فرع لقضية الممارسات الضارة المتصلة بالزواج.

177. At the 14th meeting, on 13 August 1999, Ms. Halima Embarek Warzazi, Special Rapporteur on traditional practices affecting the health of women and children, presented her third report on the situation regarding the elimination of traditional practices affecting the health of women and the girl child (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1999/14).

Takes note with satisfaction of the seventh report on the situation regarding the elimination of traditional practices affecting the health of women and the girl child (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2003/30) of the Special Rapporteur, Ms. Halima Embarek Warzazi, and shares her concern about the perpetuation of certain harmful traditional practices, in particular crimes of honour;
1- تحيط علماً مع الارتياح بالتقرير السابع عن تطوّر الحالة فيما يتعلق بالقضاء على الممارسات التقليدية التي تؤثر في صحة المرأة والطفلة (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2003/30) الذي أعدته المقررة الخاصة السيدة حليمة مبارك ورزازي، وتشاطر المقررة الخاصة ما يساورها من قلق إزاء استمرار ممارسات تقليدية ضارة معينة، ولا سيما جرائم الشرف؛
