(ز) تعرض طفل لم تبلغ سنه سبع سنين للخطر بأن تُرك في محل معمور بالآدميين، وجعل المشرع عقوبة ذلك الحبس أو الغرامة (المادة 287)؛

(i) The legally prescribed penalty for parents or grandparents who fail to deliver a child into the custody or care of the person entitled thereto under the terms of a court order, or who abduct the child from the person entitled to exercise that right of custody, is a term of imprisonment or a fine (art. 292).

77. In keeping with the aims of the Constitution, the Federal Criminal Code No. 3 of 1987, as amended by Federal Act No. 34 of 2005, includes several provisions outlawing violence in general. Article 312 of the Code prescribes a term of imprisonment or a fine for any person who desecrates a sacred Islamic object, denigrates an Islamic rite or insults any of the revealed religions.
77- تحقيقاً للغايات التي استهدفها الدستور احتوى قانون العقوبات الاتحادي رقم 3 لسنة 1987 المعدل بالقانون الاتحادي رقم 34 لسنة 2005، على عدد من النصوص التي تجرم العنف بصورة عامة، كما نص القانون على الحبس أو الغرامة لكل من يسيء إلى أحد المقدسات أو الشعائر الإسلامية أو سب أحد الأديان السماوية كما جاء في المادة 312.
