He said that relations between the Sudan and South Sudan remained positive but noted that since November 2013 there had been no further progress on demarcating the centre line of the Safe Demilitarized Border Zone or on the implementation of other provisions of the agreements of 27 September 2012, except for the resumption of oil production and the sharing of revenues between the North and the South.

35. Now that the two Presidents have agreed to proceed with the full implementation of the 27 September 2012 Cooperation Agreements, I urge the parties to engage without delay through the Joint Political and Security Mechanism to enable the full establishment of the Safe Demilitarized Border Zone and determination of its centreline, as well as the activation of border security arrangements and the opening of the border crossing corridors.
٣٥ - والآن وقد اتفق الرئيسان على المضي قدما في التنفيذ الكامل لاتفاقات التعاون المبرمة في 27 أيلول/سبتمبر 2012، أحث الطرفين على العمل دون إبطاء من خلال الآلية السياسية والأمنية المشتركة من أجل إتاحة الإنشاء الكامل للمنطقة الحدودية الآمنة والمنزوعة السلاح وتحديد خط الوسط فيها، إضافة إلى تفعيل ترتيبات أمن الحدود وفتح ممرات العبور الحدودية.

(vii) Discussion on corridors within the SDBZ.

Teams will be deployable by vehicle or air, with freedom to move throughout the SDBZ on both sides of the border and appropriate equipment for their function, including cameras.

3. The Parties agree that the area of responsibility (AOR) for the JBVMM shall correspond to the SDBZ.
3 - ويتفق الطرفان على إسناد المسؤولية عن المنطقة الحدودية الآمنة والمنزوعة السلاح إلى الآلية المشتركة لرصد الحدود والتحقق منها.

2.1 In an area closer to or inside the SDBZ, if they agree that this would provide JPSM members with greater awareness of an agenda item; or
