In the light of the provisions and principles of the Convention, especially its articles 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 and 24, the Committee also recommends that the State party take all appropriate measures to raise the legal minimum age for marriage for girls to at least the same age as that set for boys.

١٢٠٣- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف كافة التدابير اللازمة لكي تجعل الحد اﻷدنى للسن القانونية مطابقا تماما ﻷحكام الاتفاقية ومبادئها.
