The Committee also recommends approval of the use for UNMISET of the Special Account established for UNTAET.
وتوصي اللجنة، أيضا، بالموافقة على أن تستخدم البعثة الحساب الخاص المنشأ من أجل إدارة الأمم المتحدة الانتقالية في تيمور الشرقية.

For this reason the Secretary-General recommends that the Special Account established for UNTAES be used also for the purpose of accounting for income received and expenditures incurred in respect of the Support Group.
ولهذا السبب يوصي اﻷمين العام باستخدام الحساب الخاص المنشأ لﻹدارة الانتقالية أيضا ﻷغراض حساب اﻹيرادات المستلمة والنفقات المتكبدة فيما يتعلق بفريق الدعم.

For these reasons, the Secretary-General recommends that the Special Account established for UNSMIH be also used for the purpose of accounting for income received and expenditure incurred in respect of UNTMIH and MIPONUH.
ولذا يوصي اﻷمين العام بأن يستعمل الحساب الخاص المنشأ من أجل بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم الدعم في هايتي، أيضا، في أغراض المحاسبة المتعلقة باﻹيرادات الواردة والنفقات المتكبدة فيما يتعلق ببعثة اﻷمم المتحدة الانتقالية في هايتي وبعثة الشرطة المدنية التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة في هايتي.

ولهذا السبب، يوصي اﻷمين العام بأن يُستخدم الحساب الخاص المنشأ لبعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم الدعم في هايتي ﻷغراض المحاسبة أيضا عن اﻹيرادات الواردة والمصروفات المتكبدة فيما يتعلق ببعثة اﻷمم المتحدة الانتقالية في هايتي.

By the same resolution, the Assembly decided to continue to use the Special Account established for UNSMIH in its resolution 51/15 A of 4 November 1996 for UNTMIH and MIPONUH.
وقررت الجمعية العامة، بموجب نفس القرار، أن تواصل استخدام الحساب الخاص المنشأ لبعثة تقديم الدعم، في قرارها ٥١/١٥ ألف المؤرخ ٤ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٦، من أجل بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة الانتقالية، وبعثة الشرطة المدنية.

It also provided that $5,557,475 gross ($4,435,550 net) would be transferred from the Special Account established for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for Rwanda.
وينص أيضا على تخصيص مبلغ إجماليه ٤٧٥ ٥٥٧ ٥ دولار )صافيه ٥٥٠ ٤٣٥ ٤ دولار( يحول إلى الحساب الخاص للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا من الحساب الخاص المنشأ لبعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة إلى رواندا.

25. With regard to the status of the Special Account established for the period prior to 16 June 1993, the Advisory Committee notes from paragraphs 24 and 25 of the report that as at 31 December 1995 this account had an available cash balance of approximately $200,000.
٢٥ - وفيما يتعلق بحالة الحساب الخاص المنشأ للفترة التي سبقت ١٦ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٣، تلاحظ اللجنة الاستشارية من الفقرتين ٢٤ و ٢٥ من التقرير أن هذا الحساب كان يتضمن في ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥ رصيدا نقديا يبلغ حوالي ٠٠٠ ٢٠٠ دولار.

Accordingly, the Secretary-General recommends that beginning from 1 July 1997 the Special Account established for UNAVEM be used also for the purpose of accounting for income received and expenditure incurred in respect of MONUA.
ووفقا لذلك، يوصي اﻷمين العام، اعتبارا من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٧، أن يستعمل الحساب الخاص المنشأ لبعثة اﻷمم المتحدة للتحقق في أنغولا لحساب اﻹيرادات المتلقاة والنفقات المستحقة المتعلقة ببعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في أنغولا.

A supplementary appropriation for security enhancements in the amount of Euro2.59 million was transferred to the Special Account created for the purpose through decision GC.11/Dec.15.
وحوّل اعتماد تكميلي للتحسينات الأمنية قدره 2.59 مليون يورو إلى الحساب الخاص المنشأ لذلك الغرض بموجب المقرر

Subsequently the Assembly, in its resolution 54/258, reaffirmed its decision contained in section XIV of its resolution 54/251 of 23 December 1999 to retain the unspent balance from the regular budget for the biennium 1996-1997 and to maintain the Special Account set up to handle those funds until all activities and programmes approved by the Assembly in its resolution 53/3 of 12 October 1998 were completed.
وفي وقت لاحـــق، أعادت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 54/258 تأكيد ما قررته في الفرع الرابع عشر من قرارها 54/251 المؤرخ 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1999 وهو استبقاء الرصيد غير المنفق من الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين 1996-1997، والإبقاء على الحساب الخاص المنشأ للتصرف في هذه الأموال، إلى أن تكتمل جميع الأنشطة والبرامج التي وافقت عليها الجمعية العامة في قرارها 53/3 المؤرخ 12 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1998.
