Freedom to practise one's religion or belief may be legitimately limited in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.
ويجوز شرعاً تقييد حرية الفرد في ممارسة دينه أو معتقده بغية حماية الحقوق والحريات الأساسية للآخرين.

States may resort to those limitations if necessary to protect public safety, order, health or morals or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.
وقد تلجأ الدول إلى تلك التحديدات إذا كان ذلك ضروريا لحماية السلامة العامة أو النظام العام أو الصحة العامة أو الأخلاق العامة أو الحقوق والحريات الأساسية للآخرين.

Furthermore, freedom to manifest one's religion or belief may be subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary to protect public safety, order, health or morals or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.

In this regard, it recalls that the freedom to manifest one's religion or beliefs is not absolute and may be subject to limitations, which are prescribed by law and are necessary to protect public safety, order, health, or morals, or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.
وتذكر، في هذا الصدد، بأن حرية الفرد في المجاهرة بدينه أو معتقداته ليست حرية مطلقة ويمكن أن تخضع للقيود التي تنص عليها القوانين وتمليها الحاجة إلى حماية النظام العام أو السلامة أو الصحة أو الأخلاق العامة أو الحقوق والحريات الأساسية للآخرين.

Nevertheless the parents or legal representative are entitled to exercise Islamic and humane supervision over the conduct of the child who shall not be subject to any restrictions other than those imposed in conformity with law and are necessary for the protection of public order, public security, public morals, public health, or the protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.
2 - لكل طفل الحق في احترام حياته الخاصة، ومع ذلك فللوالدين، ولمن يمثله شرعا، ممارسة إشراف إسلامي إنساني على سلوك الطفل، ولا يخضع الطفل في ذلك إلا للقيود التي يقرها النظام، واللازمة لحماية النظام العام أو الأمن العام أو الآداب العامة أو الصحة العامة أو الحقوق والحريات الأساسية للآخرين.

Generally speaking, these clauses only accept such limitations as are prescribed or determined by law and are necessary - in a democratic society - to protect public safety, order, health, or morals or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.

5. Freedom to express or manifest one's religion or belief may be subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary to protect public safety, peace, health, education, public morality or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others, and to ensure the independence of the state from religion.
٥- لا يجوز إخضاع حرية الفرد في الجهر بدينه أو معتقده أو إظهاره لتحديدات مقيدة غير التحديدات التي يقررها القانون فقط والضرورية لحماية السلامة العامة أو السلم العام أو الصحة العامة أو التعليم العام أو الآداب العامة أو الحقوق والحريات الأساسية للآخرين ولضمان استقلال الدولة عن الدين.
