Section II summarizes introductory statements on the relationship between good governance and human rights.
ويلخص الفرع الثاني البيانات الاستهلالية المتصلة بالعلاقة بين الحكم السديد وحقوق الإنسان.

The two concepts of good governance and human rights were mutually reinforcing and shared many core principles, namely participation, accountability, transparency and responsibility.
ومفهوما الحكم السديد وحقوق الإنسان يدعم كل منهما الآخر، ويتقاسمان مبادئ رئيسية عديدة، هي المشاركة والمساءلة والشفافية والمسؤولية.

The High Commissioner for Human Rights has the honour to transmit to the members of the Human Rights Council the report of the United Nations Conference on anti-corruption, good governance and human rights organized pursuant to Commission on Human Rights resolution 2005/68.

مذكرة مقدمة من مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان تحيل إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان تقرير مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد وإرساء الحكم السديد وحقوق الإنسان (وأرسو، 8 و9 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006)

The meeting concluded that there was a mutually reinforcing relationship between good governance and human rights and though there was no comprehensive definition of the notion of good governance, some common elements could be identified, including participation, accountability, transparency, (State) responsibility and accessibility, in particular to marginalized groups.
وخلُص الاجتماع إلى وجود علاقة تعزيزٍ متبادل بين الحكم السديد وحقوق الإنسان وإلى أنه رغم عدم التوصل إلى تعريفٍ شامل لفكرة الحكم السديد، فقد كان بالإمكان تحديد بعض العناصر المشتركة، بما فيها المشاركة والمساءلة والشفافية ومسؤولية (الدولة) وتوفير إمكانية الوصول إلى الخدمات، ولاسيما للفئات المهمشة.
