2. Between 1996 and 2005, the proportion of Governments wishing to reduce international migration declined from 40 to 22 per cent.

وتُنصح الحكومات الراغبة في ايجاد مناخ قانوني ملائم لمشاريع البنية التحتية الممولة من القطاع الخاص بأن تستعرض قوانينها المتعلقة بهذه العقود لكي تزيل أي غموض بشأن حرية اﻷطراف في الاتفاق على آليات يختارونها لتسوية النزاعات .
