Article 19.1 (a) of the Constitution of UNIDO stipulates that the Director-General may, with the approval of the Industrial Development Board and subject to the guidelines established by the General Conference, " enter into agreements establishing appropriate relationships with other organizations of the United Nations system and with other intergovernmental and governmental organizations. "
1- تنص المادة 19-1 (أ) من دستور اليونيدو على أنه يجوز للمدير العام، بموافقة مجلس التنمية الصناعية، ورهناً بما يرسيه المؤتمر العام من مبادئ توجيهية، " أن يعقد اتفاقات لإقامة علاقات مناسبة مع المؤسسات الأخرى في منظومة الأمم المتحدة ومع المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات الحكومية الأخرى " .

The guidelines (decision GC.1/Dec.41, annex, paras. 8 and 9) stipulate that the Director-General shall circulate among the members of the Board information on intergovernmental and governmental organizations wishing to enter into agreements with UNIDO; upon approval of the Board, the Director-General shall conclude appropriate relationship agreements with the organizations concerned.
وتنص المبادئ التوجيهية (المقرر م ع-1/م-41، المرفق، الفقرتان 8 و9) على أن يوزّع المدير العام على أعضاء المجلس معلومات عن المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات الحكومية التي أعربت عن رغبتها في إبرام اتفاقات مع اليونيدو؛ وعند موافقة المجلس، يبرم المدير العام اتفاقات علاقة مناسبة مع المنظمات المعنية.

4. Welcomes the steps taken by human rights treaty bodies and the Special Rapporteur on trafficking in persons, especially in women and children, United Nations agencies and other concerned intergovernmental and governmental organizations, within their mandates, as well as civil society, to address the problem of trafficking in persons, and encourages them to continue doing so and to share their knowledge and best practices as widely as possible;
4 -ترحب بالخطوات التي اتخذتها الهيئات المنشأة بمعاهدات حقوق الإنسان والمقررة الخاصة المعنية بالاتجار بالأشخاص، وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، ووكالات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات الحكومية المعنية، كل في حدود ولايتها، فضلا عن منظمات المجتمع المدني، للتصدي لمشكلة الاتجار بالأشخاص، وتشجعها على مواصلة فعل ذلك وعلى تبادل معارفها وأفضل ممارساتها على أوسع نطاق ممكن؛
