كما أنها تشترط مجددا على الدول اﻷطراف وجوب إيجاد حماية قانونية لحقوق المرأة بالتساوي مع الرجل، وتشترط أيضا أن تضمن المحاكم وغيرها من المؤسسات العامة المختصة في البلد الحماية الفعالة للمرأة من أي عمل تمييزي.
