Brazil welcomes the opportunity provided by the fifth High-level Dialogue on Financing for Development to review the status of the implementation of the Monterrey Consensus and the Doha Declaration on Financing for Development.

Invites the regional commissions to provide inputs and actively participate in the fifth High-level Dialogue on Financing for Development to be held in 2011, and in this context calls upon the regional commissions, with the support of regional development banks and other relevant entities, to hold regional consultations, as appropriate, as part of their inputs to the High-level Dialogue;
