Adopts the Declaration on International Cooperation in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for the Benefit and in the Interest of All States, Taking into Particular Account the Needs of Developing Countries, set forth in the annex to the present resolution.
تعتمد الإعلان الخاص بالتعاون الدولي في مجال استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه لفائدة جميع الدول ومصلحتها، مع إيلاء اعتبار خاص لاحتياجات البلدان النامية، الوارد في مرفق هذا القرار.

That role had been acknowledged with the adoption by the General Assembly in 1996 of the Declaration on International Cooperation in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for the Benefit and Interest of All States, Taking into Particular Account the Needs of Developing Countries.
