" National Constitution " means the Interim National Constitution and any other Constitution.

The Government of Sudan (GoS), the Darfur Regional Authority (DRA) and the Governments of the States of Darfur shall guarantee the effective enjoyment of all rights and freedoms enshrined in Sudan's National Constitution and international human rights instruments to which Sudan is a party.
