The Committee expressed its appreciation to the Chairman of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee, Aboubekr Seddik Kedjar (Algeria), for his able leadership and contributions during the forty-fifth session of the Subcommittee.
64- وأعربت اللجنة عن تقديرها لأبي بكر الصدّيق قجار (الجزائر)، رئيس اللجنة الفرعية العلمية والتقنية، لما أبداه من قيادة قديرة وما قدّمه من إسهامات أثناء الدورة الخامسة والأربعين للجنة الفرعية.

The Committee also endorsed the agreement of the Subcommittee that the symposium should be held during the first week of the forty-fifth session of the Subcommittee (A/AC.105/890, annex I, para. 25).
