The membership of the platform should be open, but not automatic; a State or regional economic integration organization should express its wish to become a member of the platform as a prior requirement.
وينبغي أن تكون عضوية المنبر مفتوحة، ولكنها ليست تلقائية؛ إذ ينبغي أن تُعرب الدولة أو المنظمة الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي عن رغبتها في أن تصبح عضواً في المنبر وذلك كشرط مسبق.

In order to become a Party to the Protocols, a State or regional economic integration organization must also be a Party to the Convention, in accordance with article 37 of the Convention.
ولكي تصبح طرفا في البروتوكولات، ينبغي أن تكون الدولة أو المنظمة الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي طرفا أيضا في الاتفاقية، عملا بالمادة 37 من الاتفاقية.

In order to become a Party to the Protocols, a State or regional economic integration organization must also be a Party to the Convention, in accordance with article 37 of the Convention.
ولكي تصبح طرفا في البروتوكولات، ينبغي أن تكون الدولة أو المنظمة الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي طرفا أيضا في الاتفاقية، وذلك عملا بالمادة 37 من الاتفاقية.

2. For each State or regional economic integration organization that ratifies, accepts or approves this Convention or accedes thereto after the deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
2 - يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية بالنسبة لأي دولة أو منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تصدّق على هذه الاتفاقية أو تقبلها أو تقرها أو تنضم إليها بعد إيداع الصك الخمسين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام في اليوم التسعين بعد تاريخ إيداع هذه الدولة أو المنظمة الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي صك تصديقها أو إقرارها أو قبولها أو انضمامها.

2. For each State or regional economic integration organization that ratifies, accepts or approves this Convention or accedes thereto after the deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

For each State or regional economic integration organization that ratifies, accepts or approves this Convention or accedes thereto after the deposit of the X instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
2 - يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية بالنسبة لأي دولة أو منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تُصدِّق على هذه الاتفاقية أو تقبلها أو تقرها أو تنضم إليها بعد إيداع الصك (X) من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام في اليوم التسعين التالي لتاريخ إيداع هذه الدولة أو المنظمة الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي صك تصديقها أو إقرارها أو قبولها أو انضمامها.
