The law should provide that, for the purposes of the provisions of this law on private international law, the grantor is located in the State in which it has its place of business.
215- ينبغي أن ينص القانون على أنه، لأغراض أحكام هذا القانون المتعلقة بالقانون الدولي الخاص، يكون مقر المانح واقعا في الدولة التي يوجد فيها مكان عمله.

According to article 5 (h) a person is located in the State in which it has its " place of business " .
