1. If the State Party concerned considers it necessary to take, without prejudice to the independent and proper working of the Tribunal, measures necessary for the security or for the maintenance of public order of the State Party in accordance with international law, it shall approach the Tribunal as rapidly as circumstances allow in order to determine by mutual agreement the measures necessary to protect the Tribunal.
١ - إذا رأت الدولة الطرف المعنية أن من الضروري أن تتخذ، دون المساس باستقلال المحكمة وحسن سير أعمالها، التدابير اللازمة ﻷمن الدولة الطرف أو لصون نظامها العام وفقا للقانون الدولي، عليها أن تتصل بالمحكمة على أسرع نحو تسمح به الظروف لكي تحدد، بالاتفاق المتبادل، التدابير اللازمة لحماية المحكمة.

In addition, the State party concerned may be requested to provide follow-up information on other issues identified by the Committee in the concluding observations, including providing remedies and redress to the victims, when deemed necessary by the Committee, and considering the specific situation in that State party.
