وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإيلاء اهتمام خاص لظروف احتجاز الكولومبيين المنحدرين من أصل أفريقي والسكان الأصليين، الذين يتواجدون في السجون بأعداد كبيرة.

It further recommends that the State party pay special attention to the needs of girls, who have often been the victims of sexual abuse, and place particular emphasis on access to education that is tailored to their ages.

37 - وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإيلاء اهتمام خاص لوضع المرأة التي تعيش في المناطق الريفية النائية لتعزيز الامتثال لأحكام المادة 14 من الاتفاقية.

331. The Committee recommends that the State party pay close attention to adolescent health, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 4 of 2003 on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
331- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإيلاء اهتمام خاص لصحة المراهقين، مع مراعاة تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 4 لعام 2003 عن صحة المراهقين ونموهم في سياق اتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

723. The Committee recommends that the State party pay adequate attention to planning leisure and cultural activities for children, in particular vulnerable groups of children, taking into consideration the physical and psychological development of the child.
723- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإيلاء اهتمامٍ كافٍ لتخطيط الأنشطة الترفيهية والثقافية للأطفال، ولا سيما الفئات الضعيفة منهم، مع مراعاة النمو البدني والنفسي للطفل.

It recommends that the State party pay special attention to refugee and asylumseeking children who may have been involved in or affected by armed conflict, by identifying these children at the earliest possible stage and providing them with multidisciplinary assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.
وتوصي الدولة الطرف بإيلاء اهتمام خاص للأطفال طالبي اللجوء واللاجئين الذين قد يقعون فريسة نزاع مسلح أو يتضررون منه وذلك بتحديد من هم هؤلاء الأطفال في أبكر مرحلة ممكنة وبتوفير المساعدة لهم من شتى الاختصاصات من أجل تعافيهم بدنياً ونفسياً ومن أجل إعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع.

339. The Committee recommends that the State party pay special attention to the situation of women living in rural/remote areas so as to enhance compliance with article 14 of the Convention.

94. The Committee recommends that the State party pay particular attention to the situation of vulnerable groups of children who are at particular risk of being exploited and abused.
94- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإيلاء اهتمام خاص لحالة المجموعات المستضعفة من الأطفال الذين يتعرضون بصفة خاصة لخطر الاستغلال والإساءة.

578. The Committee recommends that the State party pay adequate attention to planning leisure and cultural activities for children, taking into consideration the physical and psychological development of the child.

In this connection, the Committee recommends that the State party pay particular attention to the rights and needs of children in the implementation of the Poverty Eradication Plan, the Poverty Reduction Strategy and all other programmes intended to improve the standard of living in the country.
وفي هذا الصدد، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإيلاء اهتمام خاص لحقوق الأطفال واحتياجاتهم عند تنفيذ خطة استئصال شأفة الفقر، واستراتيجية الحد من الفقر وجميع البرامج الأخرى الرامية إلى تحسين مستوى المعيشة في البلد.
