513- وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز جهودها من أجل أن تجعل من أمانة الدولة لشؤون الأسرة الهيئة التنسيقية لجميع الأنشطة المتصلة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية، وذلك بضمان أن تكون منوطة بمسؤوليات ملائمة وأن يتوافر لها موارد مالية كافية لأداء مهمتها بطريقة ناجعة.

Please indicate measures that are being taken to address such obstacles, including the strengthening (financially and in terms of human resources) of the Office of the Secretary of State for the Family, Child Welfare and Disabled Persons, as the national machinery for the advancement of women, so that it can play the role of coordinating and consolidating efforts to promote gender equality.

71. Another noteworthy initiative has been the designation of gender focal points. These are already an institutional reality in two Government ministries (the Office of the Secretary of State for the Family, Child Welfare and Disabled Persons and the Ministry of the Interior), and will be extended to other ministries in due course.
71 - وجدير بالذكر أيضا تدعيم مراكز تنسيق الشؤون الجنسانية بإضفاء الطابع المؤسسي عليها الذي تحقق فعلا على مستوى الإدارات في وزارتين (كتابة الدولة لشؤون الأسرة والطفولة والمعوقين ووزارة الداخلية)، تطلعا إلى مدّ نطاق هذه العملية إلى سائر الإدارات الوزارية.

وشجعت اللجنة أندورا على تكثيف جهودها في سبيل ترسيخ مكانة أمانة الدولة لشؤون الأسرة باعتبارها الهيئة المكلفة بتنسيق جميع أنشطة تنفيذ الاتفاقية، على أن تسند إليها من المسؤوليات وتوفر لها من الموارد البشرية والمالية ما يكفي لأداء مهمتها على نحو فعال(20).
