International Space University (ISU) In February 2002, Karl Doetsch submitted a proposal for a memorandum of understanding between ISU and the Chilean Space Agency.
في شباط/فبراير 2002 قدّم كارل دويتش اقتراحا بإبرام مذكرة تفاهم بين الجامعة الدولية للفضاء ووكالة الفضاء الشيلية.

In its activities, ESA cooperated with the European Association for the International Space Year, which had also established outreach programmes focusing on Earth observation applications.

At its forty-fourth session, the Committee decided to grant permanent observer status to the National Space Society, the European Association for the International Space Year (EURISY) and the Space Generation Advisory Council.
