Reiterating its call upon States to review urgently the scope of the existing international legal provisions on the prevention, repression and elimination of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, with the aim of ensuring that there is a comprehensive legal framework covering all aspects of the matter,
وإذ تكرر طلبها إلى الدول أن تستعرض على وجه السرعة نطاق الأحكام القانونية الدولية القائمة بشأن منع الإرهاب بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره وقمعه والقضاء عليه، بهدف ضمان وجود إطار قانوني شامل يغطي جميع جوانب المسألة،

وإذ تكرر تأكيد طلبها إلى الدول أن تستعرض على وجه السرعة نطاق الأحكام القانونية الدولية القائمة المتعلقة بمنع الإرهاب بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره وقمعه والقضاء عليه، بهدف ضمان وجود إطار قانوني شامل يغطي جميع جوانب المسألة،

7. Also calls upon States to review and revise, where appropriate, laws, policies, programmes and practices to eliminate all forms of sexual exploitation of children, including commercial sexual exploitation;
٧ - تطلب أيضا إلى الدول أن تستعرض قوانينها وسياساتها وبرامجها وممارساتها وأن تنقحها، حسب الاقتضاء، من أجل القضاء على جميع أشكال الاستغلال الجنسي لﻷطفال، بما في ذلك الاستغلال الجنسي ﻷغراض تجارية؛

57. Also calls upon States to review and revise, where appropriate, laws, policies, programmes and practices to eliminate the commercial sexual exploitation of children;
٧٥ - تطلب أيضا إلى الدول أن تستعرض قوانينها وسياساتها وبرامجها وممارساتها وأن تنقحها، حسب الاقتضاء، من أجل القضاء على الاستغلال الجنسي لﻷطفال ﻷغراض تجارية؛

" 17. Calls upon all States to review and, where necessary, revise their immigration policies with a view to eliminating all discriminatory policies and practices against migrants that are inconsistent with relevant international human rights instruments;
" 17 - تهيب بجميع الدول أن تستعرض سياساتها المتعلقة بالهجرة إليها وأن تنقحها عند الاقتضاء بغية إلغاء جميع السياسات والممارسات التمييزية ضد المهاجرين التي تتعارض مع الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة؛

1. Calls upon States to review their current laws and practices in relation to conscientious objection to military service in the light of its resolution 1998/77 and to consider the information contained in the report of the High Commissioner;
1- تطلب إلى الدول أن تستعرض قوانينها وممارساتها الحالية المتعلقة بالاستنكاف الضميري من الخدمة العسكرية في ضوء قرار اللجنة 1998/77، وأن تنظر في المعلومات الواردة في تقرير المفوضة السامية؛

٥٧ - تطلب أيضا إلى الدول أن تستعرض قوانينها وسياساتها وبرامجها وممارساتها وأن تنقحها، حسب الاقتضاء، من أجل القضاء على الاستغلال الجنسي لﻷطفال ﻷغراض تجارية؛

It further called upon all States to review their procedures, practices and legislation related to communications surveillance, interception and collection of personal data, emphasizing the need for States to ensure the full and effective implementation of their obligations under international human rights law.
وأهابت كذلك بجميع الدول أن تستعرض إجراءاتها وممارساتها وتشريعاتها المتعلقة بمراقبة الاتصالات واعتراضها وجمع البيانات الشخصية، مشددة على حاجة الدول إلى ضمان تنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان تنفيذاً كاملاً وفعالاً.
