23- وجرى خلال سحب قرعة الدول الأطراف المستعرِِضة للسنة الثانية سؤال كل دولة طرف مستعرَضة أوَّلاً عمّا إذا كانت تريد ممارسة حقها في إرجاء استعراضها إلى السنة التالية.

At the first session of the IRG, held in Vienna from 28 June to 2 July 2010, a drawing of lots was carried out to determine the reviewing States parties for the first year.
