2. Requests the Secretariat to finalize a self-assessment checklist no later than two months after the conclusion of the first session of the Conference of the States Parties, using as a model the draft self-assessment checklist contained in document CAC/COSP/2006/L.3, in consultation with and reflecting input from States parties and signatories;

She recalled Conference resolution 1/2, in which the Conference decided that a self-assessment checklist would be used as a tool to facilitate the provision of information on implementation of the Convention and requested the Secretariat to finalize the self-assessment checklist in consultation with and reflecting input from States parties and signatories.
واستذكرت قرار المؤتمر 1/2 الذي قرّر فيه المؤتمر استعمال قائمة تقييم ذاتي مرجعية كأداة لتسهيل تقديم معلومات عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية، وطلب فيه إلى الأمانة أن تضع الصيغة النهائية لقائمة التقييم الذاتي المرجعية بعد التشاور مع الدول الأطراف والموقّعة وتجسيد إسهامات تلك الدول فيها.

The Secretariat sent a note verbale dated 2 July 2009, to States parties and signatories inviting them to provide their comments and views on possible mechanisms to review implementation of the Convention and the Protocols thereto, to assist in the preparations for the Meeting.
أرسلت الأمانة مذكّرة شفوية مؤرخة 2 تموز/يوليه 2009 إلى الدول الأطراف والموقّعة تدعوها إلى التعليق وإبداء الرأي بشأن الآليات المحتملة لاستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها للمساعدة في أعمال التحضير للاجتماع.

4. Agrees that the open-ended intergovernmental working group may consider, as a basis of its work, proposals and initiatives as may be submitted by States parties and signatories in that regard in advance of the meetings of the working group, including the proposal contained in annexes I and II to the present resolution;

At its fifty-seventh session, the General Assembly reiterated its position contained in its resolution 56/24 G and encouraged the competent authorities of the nuclear-weapon-free zone treaties to provide assistance to the States parties and signatories to such treaties so as to facilitate the accomplishment of the goals envisioned in the treaties (resolution 57/73).
في الدورة السابعة والخمسين، كررت الجمعية العامة الإعراب عن موقفها الوارد في قرارها 56/24 زاي، وشجعت السلطات المختصة لمعاهدات المناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية على تقديم المساعدة إلى الدول الأطراف والموقّعة على هذه المعاهدات تيسيرا لإنجاز الأهداف المتوخاة في المعاهدات (القرار 57/73).

The Conference had before it two analytical reports of the Secretariat on the implementation of the Protocol, presenting updated information based on additional responses received from States parties and signatories for the first reporting cycle (CTOC/COP/2005/3/Rev.1) and information received from States for the second reporting cycle (CTOC/COP/2006/6).
وكان معروضا على المؤتمر تقريران تحليليان أعدتهما الأمانة عن مسألة تنفيذ البروتوكول يعرضان معلومات مستكملة استنادا إلى الردود الإضافية الواردة من الدول الأطراف والموقّعة في إطار دورة الإبلاغ الأولى (CTOC/COP/2005/3/Rev.1) والمعلومات الواردة من الدول في إطار دورة الإبلاغ الثانية (CTOC/COP/2006/6).

34. Mr. Labbé (Chile), speaking on behalf of the States parties and signatories to treaties that established nuclear-weapon-free zones and Mongolia, recalled that the second Conference of States parties and signatories to Treaties that Establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones and Mongolia had been held in New York on 30 April 2010, preceded by a meeting organized by representatives of civil society.
34 - السيد لابيه (شيلي): تكلّم بالنيابة عن الدول الأطراف والموقّعة على المعاهدات التي أنشأت مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية ومنغوليا، فأشار إلى أن المؤتمر الثاني للدول الأطراف الموقّعة على المعاهدات والتي تنشئ مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية ومنغوليا، قد عُقد في نيويورك في 30 نيسان/أبريل 2010 وسبقه عقد اجتماع نظمه ممثلو المجتمع المدني.
