64. The Committee noted that the nature and quality of the information provided by Member States requesting exemptions under Article 19 varied significantly.

25. The Committee noted that two of the Member States requesting exemption under Article 19 had presented multi-year payment plans for the payment of their arrears and that the representative of a third had indicated that the possibility of presenting such a plan would be considered by his Government.
