It was recommended that States participating in the Meeting of HONLEA, Africa, should encourage law enforcement agencies from primary source countries in other regions to participate as observers in meetings of HONLEA, Africa, and similar regional events and to share experience and recommendations with a view to strengthening direct operational cooperation.
7- أُوصي بأن تشجِّع الدول المشاركة في اجتماع هونليا، أفريقيا، أجهزة إنفاذ القانون في بلدان المنشأ الرئيسية في مناطق أخرى على المشاركة بصفة مراقب في اجتماعات هونليا، أفريقيا، وغيره من أحداث إقليمية مشابهة وعلى تبادل الخبرات والتوصيات بغية تعزيز التعاون العملياتي المباشر.

It was recommended that States participating in the Meeting of HONLEA, Africa, should increase their collaboration with countries of origin and destination, with the support of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and other relevant international organizations, in order to respond effectively to the threat posed by the transit through their territories of illicit drugs.
9- أُوصي بأن تضاعف الدول المشاركة في اجتماع هونليا، أفريقيا، تعاونها مع بلدان المنشأ وبلدان المقصد، بدعم من مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من المنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة، بغية التصدي بفعالية للخطر الذي يشكّله مرور المخدرات غير المشروعة عبر أقاليمها.

The Meeting had before it a paper prepared by the Secretariat (UNODC/HONLAF/23/3) on the basis of information provided by Governments in response to a questionnaire sent to all States participating in the Meeting of HONLEA, Africa.
وكان معروضاً على الاجتماع ورقةٌ أعدَّتها الأمانة (UNODC/HONLAF/23/3) استناداً إلى المعلومات التي قدَّمتها الحكومات ردّاً على استبيان وُجِّه إلى جميع الدول المشاركة في اجتماع هونليا، أفريقيا.
