3- يحثّ الدول الأطراف في بروتوكول مكافحة الأسلحة النارية على مواءمة تشريعاتها الوطنية على نحو يتَّسق مع أحكام البروتوكول، وعلى وضع برامج عمل لتنفيذ ذلك البروتوكول، وعلى تزويد الأمانة بمعلومات كاملة ومحدّثة عن هيئتها الوطنية أو نقطة الاتصال الوحيدة لديها، وعلى الاستفادة من الدليل الإلكتروني للسلطات الوطنية المختصَّة التي عيَّنتها الدول بمقتضى بروتوكول مكافحة الأسلحة النارية؛

In its resolution 5/4, the Conference once again urged State Parties to " provide to the Secretariat full and up-to-date information on their national body or single point of contact and make use of the online directory of competent national authorities designated by States under the Firearms Protocol " .
32- وكرَّر المؤتمرُ، في قراراه 5/4، حثَّ الدول على " تزويد الأمانة بمعلومات كاملة ومحدَّثة عن هيئتها الوطنية أو نقطة الاتصال الوحيدة لديها، وعلى الاستفادة من الدليل الإلكتروني للسلطات الوطنية المختصة التي عيّنتها الدول بمقتضى بروتوكول الأسلحة النارية " .

The Netherlands objected to the reservations formulated by several States in respect of various provisions of the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and took " the view that this provision remains in force in relations between it and the said States in accordance with international customary law " .
كما أبدت هولندا اعتراضات على تحفظات عدة دول على عدة أحكام من اتفاقية فيينـا لعام 1961 بشأن العلاقات الدبلوماسية وأعلنت أنها " ترى أن الأحكام المقصودة تظل قيد النفاذ في العلاقات بينها وبين تلك الدول بمقتضى القانون الدولي العرفي " ().

Nor must we overlook the fact that the limitations of the draft take on added relevance against the background of the sizeable financial demands which it is planned to make on States by virtue of the treaty, including the poorest of the third-world States which will have to ratify the treaty before it can enter into force.
