٥١١- أما فيما يتعلق بالمعلومات، ولا سيما المعلومات التي تحوزها الحكومات، فإن المقرر الخاص يشجع بشدة الدول على أن تتخذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لضمان اﻹعمال الكامل للحق في الحصول على المعلومات.

Urges all States to take all necessary measures to protect children infected and/or affected by HIV/AIDS from all forms of discrimination, stigma, abuse and neglect, in particular in the access to and provision of health, education and social services, with a view to the realization of their rights;
11 - تحث جميع الدول على أن تتخذ جميع التدابير الضرورية لحماية الأطفال المصابيـــن و/أو المتأثرين بالفيروس/الإيدز من جميع أشكال التمييز والوصم وإساءة المعاملة والإهمال، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بإمكانية الحصول على الخدمات الصحية والتعليمية والاجتماعية وبتوفير هذه الخدمات، وذلك بهدف إعمال حقوق هؤلاء الأطفال؛

13.
