The General Assembly should build upon the progress made since the adoption of the Declaration in 1994 and continue to urge States to take effective measures against terrorism.

21 - ترحب باعتماد الأمم المتحدة استراتيجيات نموذجية وتدابير عملية للقضاء على العنف ضد الأطفال في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية()، وتشجع الدول على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة من أجل تعميمها وتنفيذها؛

The Special Rapporteur encourages States to take effective measures to guarantee the birth registration of children born outside their parents' country of origin and to uphold the principle of avoiding statelessness, and highlights the importance of harmonizing migration policies with public policies concerning childhood, adolescence and the family.
