5. Urges all States and relevant organizations to cooperate in countering radio broadcasts and publications that incite acts of genocide, hatred and violence in the region;
٥ - يحث جميع الدول والمنظمات ذات الصلة على أن تتعاون في التصدي لﻹذاعات والمنشورات التي تحرض على أعمال اﻹبادة الجماعية والكراهية والعنف في المنطقة؛

The Commission also appealed to States and relevant organizations in the public and the private sector to assist the secretariat in those efforts, for example, by making contributions to the Trust Fund for UNCITRAL Symposia or by joining efforts with the secretariat in their law reform assistance programmes.

It is also important that States and relevant organizations, international agencies and bodies cooperate in order to strengthen the capacity of developing countries in the area of marine sciences, monitoring and evaluation of the marine environment, particularly by organizing workshops and providing necessary training and teaching materials, as well as grants for experts from developing countries.
ومن المهم أيضا أن تتعاون الدول والمنظمات ذات الصلة والوكالات والهيئات الدولية بغية تعزيز قدرات البلدان النامية في مجال العلوم البحرية، ورصد وتقييم البيئة البحرية، بوسائل منها على نحو خاص تنظيم حلقات عمل وتوفير المواد التدريبية والتعليمية الضرورية، وأيضا المِنَح للخبراء من البلدان النامية.

6. Calls on all Iraqis to implement these arrangements peaceably and in full, and on all States and relevant organizations to support such implementation;
6 - يهيب بالعراقيين كافة أن ينفذوا جميع هذه الترتيبات تنفيذا سلميا وكاملا، ويهيب بجميع الدول والمنظمات ذات الصلة أن تدعم هذا التنفيذ؛

30. Notes with concern that many of the past recommendations of the Special Rapporteur have not been fully implemented, in some cases because of resistance by the parties on the ground, and urges the parties, all States and relevant organizations to give immediate consideration to them, in particular the calls of the Special Rapporteur:
٣٠ - تلاحظ مع القلق أن كثيرا من التوصيات السابقة للمقرر الخاص لم ينفذ بعد تنفيذا كاملا، وأن ذلك في بعض الحالات سببه المقاومة من جانب اﻷطراف على الصعيد الميداني، وتحث اﻷطراف وجميع الدول والمنظمات ذات الصلة على إيلاء الاعتبار الفورى لتلك التوصيات، وبخاصة النداءات الصادرة عن المقرر الخاص بشأن:

12. Urges all States and relevant organizations to give immediate and serious consideration to the recommendations of the Special Rapporteur in his reports, in particular the recommendation for the provision of the continuation of necessary medical and psychological care of victims of rape within the framework of programmes to rehabilitate women and children traumatized by war;
١٢ - تحث جميع الدول والمنظمات ذات الصلة على أن تولي فورا عناية جادة لتوصيات المقرر الخاص الواردة في تقاريره، ولا سيما التوصية بتوفير الاعتمادات اللازمة للاستمرار في تقديم الرعاية الطبية والنفسية اللازمة الى ضحايا الاغتصاب في إطار البرامج الرامية الى إعادة تأهيل النساء واﻷطفال الذين آذتهم الحرب؛

٠٤- تلاحظ بقلق أن كثيرا من توصيات المقرر الخاص السابقة لم تنفذ تنفيذا كاملا، بسبب مقاومة اﻷطراف على اﻷراضي في بعض الحالات، وتحث مرة أخرى وبشدة اﻷطراف وجميع الدول والمنظمات ذات الصلة على النظر فيها فورا؛
