٢٤ - تطلب إلى الدول وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات اﻷخرى أن تكفل تحديد اﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا غير المصحوبين وتسجيلهم في وقت مبكر، وأن تعطى اﻷولوية لبرامج اقتفاء أثر اﻷسر ولمﱢ شملها؛

The Assembly requested the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly, at its sixty-ninth session, a report with information provided by States and the United Nations bodies, funds and programmes and the specialized agencies on their follow-up activities, including on the assistance of the United Nations entities to States, to implement the resolution.
وطلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إليها، في دورتها التاسعة والستين، تقريرا يتضمن المعلومات المقدمة من الدول وهيئات الأمم المتحدة وصناديقها وبرامجها ووكالاتها المتخصصة عن أنشطة المتابعة التي قامت بها لتنفيذ القرار المذكور، بما في ذلك ما تقدمه كيانات الأمم المتحدة من مساعدة إلى الدول.

42. Calls upon States and United Nations bodies and other agencies to ensure the early identification and registration of unaccompanied refugee and internally displaced children, and to give priority to programmes for family tracing and reunification;
٤٢ - تطلب إلى الدول وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات اﻷخرى أن تكفل تحديد اﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا وتسجيلهم في وقت مبكر وأن تعطى اﻷولوية لبرامج اقتفاء أثر اﻷسر ولمﱢ شملها؛

If the Tribunal proves that it can work in an effective and dispassionate way and the necessary cooperation of all States and United Nations bodies is forthcoming, it may open a new path towards the realization of true international justice, and hence of peace, in the world community.
فإذا أثبتت المحكمة أنها تستطيع أن تعمل بفعالية ورزانة، وحصلت على ما يلزم من تعاون الدول وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة جمعاء، فإنها قد تشق طريقا جديدا نحو تحقيق عدالة دولية حقة ومن ثم تحقيق السلم في المجتمع الدولي.

3. Expresses its deep concern about the growing number of unaccompanied refugee and internally displaced children, and calls upon all States and United Nations bodies and agencies and other relevant organizations to give priority to programmes for family tracing and reunification and to continue to monitor the care arrangements for unaccompanied refugee and internally displaced children; V
٣ - تعرب عن قلقها الشديد إزاء ازدياد عدد اﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا غير المصحوبين، وتطلب إلى جميع الدول وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها وغيرها من المنظمات ذات الصلة أن تعطي اﻷولوية للبرامج الرامية إلى تتبع أثر اﻷسر ولم شملها، وأن تواصل رصد ترتيبات الرعاية الخاصة باﻷطفال اللاجئين والمشردين داخليا غير المصحوبين؛

19. Calls upon States and United Nations bodies and organizations to treat children in situations of armed conflict as a priority concern in human rights, humanitarian and development activities, including in field operations and country programmes, to enhance coordination and cooperation throughout the United Nations system and to ensure effective protection for children affected by armed conflict;
٩١ - تطلب إلى الدول وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة ومؤسساتها أن تعامل مسألة اﻷطفال في حالات النزاع المسلح كشاغل له أولوية في اﻷنشطة المتصلة بحقوق اﻹنسان، واﻷنشطة اﻹنسانية واﻹنمائية، بما فيها العمليات الميدانية والبرامج القطرية، وأن تعزز التنسيق والتعاون في جميع أنحاء منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وأن تكفل حماية اﻷطفال المتأثرين بالنزاع المسلح حماية فعالة؛

Calls upon States and United Nations bodies and organizations to treat children during conflict and in post-conflict situations as a priority concern in human rights, humanitarian and development activities, including in field operations and country programmes, to enhance coordination and cooperation throughout the United Nations system and to ensure effective protection for children affected by armed conflict;
٤ - تطلب إلى الدول وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظماتها أن تعالج مسألة اﻷطفال في حالات النزاع وما بعد النزاع كشاغل له أولوية في اﻷنشطة المتصلة بحقوق اﻹنسان واﻷنشطة اﻹنسانية واﻹنمائية، بما فيها العمليات الميدانية والبرامج القطرية، وأن تعزز التنسيق والتعاون في جميع أنحاء منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وأن تكفل توفير الحماية الفعالة لﻷطفال المتأثرين بالنزاع المسلح؛
