(g) Consider requesting the Secretariat to collect information from States parties on different possible models for central authorities for mutual legal assistance, with a view to the sharing of experience between States parties wishing to establish or strengthen a central authority, as well as to the gaining of a better understanding of their functioning and operation at the domestic and international levels.
(ز) أن ينظر في أن يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تجمع معلومات من الدول الأطراف عن مختلف النماذج المحتملة للسلطات المركزية المعنية بالمساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، بغية تبادل التجارب بين الدول الأطراف الراغبة في إنشاء سلطة مركزية أو تدعيمها، وكذلك لاكتساب فهم أفضل لكيفية عملها وأداء وظائفها على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي.

(s) The Secretariat should undertake efforts to collect information from States on different possible models for central authorities for mutual legal assistance, with a view to sharing experience with States wishing to establish or strengthen a central authority, as well as with a view to gaining a better understanding of the functioning and operation of central authorities at the national and international levels;
(ق) ينبغي أن تضطلع الأمانة بجهود ترمي إلى جمع المعلومات من الدول عن النماذج المختلفة التي يمكن أن تتبعها السلطات المركزية بشأن المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، بغية التشارك في الخبرات مع الدول الراغبة في إنشاء سلطة مركزية أو تعزيزها، وكذلك بغية اكتساب فهم أفضل لكيفية أداء السلطات المركزية لوظائفها وتسيير عملها على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي؛
