In order to implement new and support ongoing responsibilities, it is proposed that three general temporary assistance positions be converted to posts at the following levels, one P-5, one P-4 and one General Service (Other level), as the functions performed by the three currently approved general temporary assistance positions have been well established as core and continuing tasks of the Department.
ومن ثم يُقترح لتنفيذ المسؤوليات الجديدة ودعم ما هو جار منها أن تحوَّل 3 وظائف من فئة المساعدة المؤقتة العامة إلى وظائف مستمرة في الرتب التالية: 1 ف-5 و 1 ف-4 و 1 خ ع (رأ) فقد رُسخت المهام التي يضطلع بها شاغلو الوظائف الثلاث المعتمدة حاليا ضمن فئة المساعدة المؤقتة العامة، باعتبارها مهام رئيسية ومستمرة من مهام الإدارة.
