21. In accordance with the decisions taken at the Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention in 2003 (CCW/MSP/2003/3) one meeting was devoted to the consideration of options to promote compliance with the Convention, under the chairmanship of Ambassador Gordan Markotić.
21- ووفقاً للقرارات التي اتخذت في اجتماع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية في عام 2003 ((CCW/MSP/2003/3، خُصصت جلسة واحدة برئاسة السفير غوردان ماركوتيتش للنظر في خيارات تعزيز الامتثال لأحكام الاتفاقية.

32. The States Parties decided to designate Ambassador Gordan Markotić of Croatia as Chairman of the Meeting of the States Parties to be held in 2004, and appointed Ambassador Markku Reimaa of Finland as Coordinator on Mines Other Than Anti-Personnel Mines.
32- وقررت الدول الأطراف تكليف السفير غوردان ماركوتيك ممثل كرواتيا رئيساً لاجتماع الدول الأطراف المقرر عقده في عام 2004 وعينت السفير ماركو ريما ممثل فنلندا منسقاً لشؤون الألغام غير الألغام المضادة للأفراد.

5. The Meeting of the States Parties decided, as contained in paragraph 32 of CCW/MSP/2003/3, " to designate Ambassador Gordan Markotić of Croatia as Chairman of the Meeting of the States Parties to be held in 2004 " .
5- وقرر اجتماع الدول الأطراف، وفق ما ورد في الفقرة 32 من الوثيقة CCW/MSP/2003/3، " تكليف السفير غوردان ماركوتيتش ممثل كرواتيا رئيساً لاجتماع الدول الأطراف المقرر عقده في عام 2004 " .

32. The Meeting of the States Parties decided to re-designate Ambassador Gordan Markotić of Croatia as Chairperson of the Meeting of the States Parties to be held in 2005, and reappointed Ambassador Jayant Prasad of India as Coordinator on Explosive Remnants of War and Ambassador Markku Reimaa of Finland as Coordinator on Mines Other Than Anti-Personnel Mines.
32- وقرر اجتماع الدول الأطراف إعادة تعيين السفير غوردان ماركوتيتش ممثل كرواتيا رئيساً لاجتماع الدول الأطراف المقرر عقده في عام 2005، وأعاد تعيين السفير جايانت براساد ممثل الهند منسقاً لشؤون المتفجرات من بقايا الحرب، والسفير ماركو ريما ممثل فنلندا منسقاً لشؤون الألغام غير الألغام المضادة للأفراد.

20- ووفقاً للقرارات التي اتُخذت في اجتماع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية في عام 2003 (CCW/MSP/2003/3)، تم تخصيص اجتماع واحد للنظر في خيارات تعزيز الامتثال للاتفاقية، وقد عُقد هذا الاجتماع برئاسة السفير غوردان ماركوتيتش ونظر في ورقة العمل CCW/GGE/IX/WP.1.

13. In accordance with the decisions taken at the Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention in 2003 (CCW/MSP/2003/3) two meetings were devoted to the consideration of options to promote compliance with the Convention, under the chairmanship of Ambassador Gordan Markotić, and discussed the " Discussion Paper on Compliance " presented by the Chairperson as contained in CCW/GGE/VIII/2.

In accordance with the decisions taken at the Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention in 2004 (CCW/MSP/2004/2) one plenary meeting, on 10 March 2005, was devoted to the consideration of options to promote compliance with the Convention, under the chairmanship of Ambassador Gordan Markotić, and considered a paper presented by the Chairperson-designate entitled " Compliance " as contained in CCW/GGE/X/3.
22- ووفقاً للقرارات التي اتُخذت في اجتماع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية في عام 2004 (CCW/MSP/2004/2)، تم تخصيص جلسة عامة واحدة، عُقدت بتاريخ 10 آذار/مارس 2005، للنظر في خيارات تعزيز الامتثال للاتفاقية، وترأسها السفير غوردان ماركوتيتش ونُظر أثناءها في ورقة قدمها الرئيس المعين بعنوان " الامتثال " كما يرد في الوثيقة CCW/GGE/X/3.
