UNCTAD (2003) has tabled the need to work out a financing mechanism at the international level to help these countries develop a system of supply rationalization and diversification into other products in order to remove excess supply of these traditional commodities from the markets.
وقد طرحت الأونكتاد للبحث (2003) مسألة الحاجة إلى وضع آلية للتمويل علي الصعيد الدولي لمساعدة تلك البلدان علي استحداث نظام لترشيد العرض والتنويع باتجاه منتجات أخرى بغية التخلص من فائض العرض من هذه السلع الأساسية التقليدية في الأسواق.
