b. At the request of the Customs Authorities present the goods and means of
(ب) يقدم السلع ووسائل نقلها المعلن عنها بناء على طلب سلطات الجمارك؛

The declarant may be a person transporting goods and means of transportation or a person authorized by him.

In case of declaration of goods and means of transportation the declarant shall:

i) Post-import audit of goods and means of transportation.
(ط) مراجعة حسابات السلع ووسائل النقل بعد تصديرها.

Before the customs declaration the declarant shall have the right to carry out examination and take measurements of goods and means of transportation under customs control, take samples or specimens of goods by consent of the Customs Authorities, provided that they shall be included in the declaration.
1 - تقديم الإقرار الجمركي، يكون من حق صاحب الإقرار أن يفحص ويأخذ قياسات السلع ووسائل نقلها الخاضعة للجمارك، وأن يأخذ عينات أو نماذج بموافقة سلطات الجمارك، شريطة إدراجها في الإقرار.

a. Declare goods and means of transportation in accordance with the procedure established by the present Code;
(أ) السلع ووسائل النقل وفقا للإجراءات التي يحددها هذا القانون؛

b) Customs examination (examination of goods and means of transportation; examination of a person as a particular type of customs control);
(ب) الفحص الجمركي (فحص السلع ووسائل النقل، وفحص الأشخاص كنوع خاص من ضوابط الجمارك)؛

a. Where the goods and means of transportation subject to such control may be located;
(أ) التي يمكن أو توجد بها السلع ووسائل النقل الخاضعة لتلك الضوابط؛

Customs security means may only be removed or modified by the Customs Authorities or upon their authorization, except in the cases of irretrievable loss of goods and means of transportation, real danger of substantial deterioration or destruction of them.
3 - لا يجوز إزالة أو تعديل وسائل أمن الجمارك إلا عن طريق سلطات الجمارك أو بإذنها، إلا في حالات فقدان السلع ووسائل النقل بصورة يتعذر تعويضها، أو نشوء خطر حقيقي لتعرضها لأضرار جسيمة أو للتدمير.

The Customs Bodies shall be entitled to perform inspection of goods and means of transportation in order to verify the legality of transportation of goods and means of transportation across the customs border of the Republic of Armenia as well as accounting for collection of customs payments.
1 - من حق هيئات الجمارك إجراء التفتيش على السلع ووسائل النقل للتحقق من قانونية نقل السلع ووسائل النقل عبر الحدود الجمركية لجمهورية أرمينيا، فضلا عن تسجيل تقاضي الرسوم الجمركية.

A representative of the person that handles transportation of goods and means of transportation across the customs border of the Republic of Armenia or provides space for their storage shall be present during the inspection.
2 - يحضر التفتيش ممثل للشخص الذي يتولى نقل السلع ووسائل النقل عبر الحدود الجمركية لجمهورية أرمينيا، أو الذي يوفر مساحة لتخزينها.

In its decision, the Supreme Court stated that, according to the Tax Code of Belarus, " goods and means of transportation that cross the border of the Republic of Belarus " are subject to customs declaration.
وقد أشارت المحكمة العليا في قرارها إلى أن قانون الضرائب في بيلاروس ينص على أن " السلع ووسائل النقل التي تعبر حدود جمهورية بيلاروس " تخضع لإجراء التصريح الجمركي.

Import of goods and means of transportation into and export thereof out of the customs territory of the Republic of Armenia may be prohibited in cases defined in this Code and other legal acts, when these goods and means of transportation endanger State and national security, public order... "
' ' يجوز حظر استيراد السلع ووسائل نقلها إلى جمهورية أرمينيا وتصديرها خارجها في الحالات المحددة في هذا القانون وغيره من الصكوك القانونية، عندما تشكل هذه السلع ووسائل نقلها خطرا على الدولة والأمن القومي والنظام العام ...``.

Customs security tools can be applied by Customs Authorities to the means of transportation, buildings and other places where the goods and means of transportation subject to customs control are /or may be located, the places where activities subject to the control of the Customs Authorities are performed as well as the goods and means of transportation subject to customs control.
1 - يمكن لموظفي سلطات الجمارك تطبيق أدوات أمن الجمارك على وسائل النقل، والمباني، وغيرها من الأماكن التي توجد، أو يمكن أن توجد، بها السلع ووسائل النقل الخاضعة لضوابط الجمارك، وفي الأماكن التي يمكن أن تجري بها أنشطة تخضع لضوابط سلطات الجمارك، فضلا عن السلع ووسائل النقل الخاضعة لضوابط الجمارك.

c) Accounting for goods and means of transportation;
(ج) تسجيل السلع ووسائل النقل؛
