In the interest of achieving the above objectives, the Supreme Council shall maintain relations with any organization whose activities may contribute to the strengthening of Peace and Security in Central Africa.

Belarus Job creation, environmental protection, energy conservation, private sector development and Peace and Security in Central Europe are the goals of UNDP and International Labour Organization (ILO) support to Belarus.
