This amendment introduces a general prohibition on the sale, supply, transfer or export of arms and related materiel to Côte d'Ivoire as well as a ban on related brokering services.
ويفرض هذا التعديل حظرا عاما على بيع كوت ديفوار الأسلحة والأعتدة المتصلة بها وحظر تزويدها بها ونقلها أو تصديرها إليها، ويمنع التعديل كذلك تزويدها بخدمات السمسرة ذات الصلة.

(a) Arms embargo and ban on related brokering services
(أ) حظر توريد الأسلحة وحظر خدمات السمسرة ذات الصلة

The national legislation, together with Council Common Position 2006/795/CFSP as amended by Council Common Position 2009/573/CFSP of 27 July 2009 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 329/2007 as amended, provide the basis for enforcement of the arms embargo against the DPRK and the ban on related brokering services.
إن التشريعات الوطنية، إلى جانب الموقف الموحد للمجلس رقم 2006/795/CFSP بصيغته المعدلة بموجب الموقف الموحد للمجلس رقم 2009/573/CFSP المؤرخ 27 تموز/ يوليه 2009 ولائحة مجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي رقم 329/2007 بصيغتها الموحدة، تشكل الأساس لإنفاذ حظر توريد الأسلحة المفروض على جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية والحظر على خدمات السمسرة ذات الصلة.

The Czech Republic has adopted Act No. 69/2006 Coll. requiring an export authorization for the sale, supply, transfer or export of arms and related materiel to third countries and an authorization for the provision of brokering services and other services related to military activities which together with Council decision 2010/413/CFSP provides the basis for enforcement of the arms embargo against Iran and the ban on related brokering services.
الذي يقضي بضرورة الحصول على رخصة لبيع أو توريد أو نقل أو تصدير الأسلحة وما يتصل بها من عتاد إلى بلدان ثالثة()، وضرورة الحصول على رخصة لتقديم خدمات السمسرة وغيرها من الخدمات ذات الصلة بالأنشطة العسكرية، ويشكل القانون بالإضافة إلى مقرر المجلس 2010/413/CFSP المؤرخ 26 تموز/يوليه 2010 الأساس لإنفاذ حظر الأسلحة المفروض على إيران وحظر خدمات السمسرة ذات الصلة.

Ireland has national legislation, set out below, providing for restrictions on the sale, supply, transfer or export of arms and related materiel to third countries and an authorization for the provision of brokering services and other services related to military activities, which together with Council decision 2010/413/CFSP provides the basis for enforcement of the arms embargo against Iran and the ban on related brokering services.
لأيرلندا القوانين الوطنية المذكورة أدناه التي تفرض قيودا على بيع أو توريد أو نقل أو تصدير الأسلحة أو المواد ذات الصلة() إلى بلدان ثالثة وتنص على ضرورة الحصول على ترخيص لتوفير خدمات السمسرة وغيرها من الخدمات المتعلقة بالأنشطة العسكرية. وهذه القوانين، إلى جانب قرار المجلس 2010/413/CFSP، هي أساس إنفاذ حظر الأسلحة المفروض على إيران والحظر على خدمات السمسرة ذات الصلة.

Act 39/2011 on dual-use goods and technologies (with effect on 1 April 2011) and Act 179/1998 on trading in military material, together with European Council Decision 2011/137/CFSP and European Council Regulation No. 204/2011, provide the basis for the enforcement of the arms embargo against Libya and the ban on related brokering services by competent Slovak authorities.
ويوفر القانون 39/2011 المتعلق بالسلع والتكنولوجيات ذات الاستخدام المزدوج (الذي دخل حيز النفاذ في 1 نيسان/أبريل 2011)، والقانون 179/1998 المتعلق التجارة في المواد العسكرية، إلى جانب قرار المجلس الأوروبي CFSP/137/2011 و لائحة المجلس الأوروبي رقم 204/2011، الأساس اللازم لإنفاذ حظر توريد الأسلحة المفروض على ليبيا والحظر المفروض على خدمات السمسرة ذات الصلة من جانب السلطات السلوفاكية المختصة.
